Cancellation Conditions

If canceled up to 3 months before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.

For cancellations between 3 months and up to 6 weeks before arrival, cancellation costs amount to 50% of the total rental amount.

For cancellations within 6 weeks before arrival, cancellation costs amount to 100% of the rental amount.

The tenant is responsible for obtaining their own cancellation insurance covering risks such as illness, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
